She is a successful business woman, respnsible for selling, investing and managing over $50 million in real estate. Including condominiums, apartment buildings and two small hotels. In addition, she is a published author of the Essence best seller Real Estate & Wealth: Investing in the American Dream, which sold 2500 copies before being published by Amber Books in 2007. She is a sought-after speaker, has appeared on television including Atlanta Fox 5 Morning Show and is a frequent radio guest who is called upon to share her viewpoints on building wealth and the real estate market. Booker articles have been published in Black Enterprise, Black Professionals, Ebony, Atlanta Tribune, Upscale and Rolling Out; she has graced the covers of Average Girl Magazine, Booking Matters and Onyx Magazine. She writes on a regular basis for Average Girl Magazine, In-Focus Magazine as well as her own monthly newsletter at SoniaBooker.com.

Now at age 36, Booker is confident in her ideas and her ability and passion to pass on the information that she has learned.  She has conducted numerous seminars and speaks all over the world about her “practical” investing philosophy for building wealth.  Booker is originally from Jackson, Mississippi and has lived in Atlanta, Georgia for the past 12 years.  She is writing her second book on entrepreneurship and shares the conviction that wealth is built through investing, real estate and entrepreneurship.  Her entrepreneurial spirit is what allows her to continue to make strides in the business community and she has so many exciting ventures to come.
